Amada Senior Care Auburn Valley is seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to perform face to face Long Term Care Insurance policy assessments for our senior clientele. These assessments will require you to obtain client demographics, physician information, a complete list of medications as well as evaluate their ADL and IADL needs.

Amada Senior Care is committed to providing the highest quality of care to our patients in both King and Pierce counties. Home care RNs will visit patients where they live or residing at the time of assessment – private homes, assisted living, rehabilitation facilities.

Qualified applicants will have:

-Current Washington state RN licensure

-Minimum 2-year RN experience with a strong background in geriatrics or home care

-Reliable Transportation

-Willingness to travel within the South King and East Pierce area.

Posted wage ranges represent pay of $150-$200 per client assessment

This position is perfect for someone looking to work per-diem as an independent contractor, and who enjoys having flexibility in their schedule.

-Responsible for client in-take assessments of our senior clients in their own homes

-Develop care plans for clients and follow up within 6 months to ensure caregiving is meeting requirements and expectations

-Be held to the industry standard of best practices for home care nurses

Experience:
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
- Experience working with seniors in home care preferred
